- How quickly do you reply?
- We aim to respond within two business days. Larger commissions sometimes take a little longer, as we like to think them through properly before answering.
- What can I ask about?
- Custom celebration cakes, cupcake and dessert boxes, wedding and event commissions, dietary preferences, collection timing, and general questions about how we work. There is no obligation to place an order after we reply.
- How far ahead should I enquire?
- For everyday cakes and gift boxes, a couple of weeks is comfortable. For weddings and larger events, reaching out a few months in advance gives us room to plan a tasting and refine the design.
- Is there another way to reach you?
- This form is the surest route to our inbox. It keeps your details and your occasion in one place, which helps us reply with something considered rather than generic.
